About Bea

I’m a passionate thinker and doer, dedicated to building with purpose and clarity. Collaboration and curiosity drive everything I do.

About The Bea Collective

The Bea Collective was built on a simple belief: the systems behind an organization matter as much as the mission in front of it. Strong ideas fail without strong infrastructure, and good leaders burn out without structures that support them. I exist to close that gap.

Founded by Britnee "Bea" Davis and based in Stow, Ohio, The Bea Collective brings strategy, storytelling, and operational know-how under one roof.

The Work

Bea Advisory partners with organizations and their leaders to build smarter infrastructure. That means clarifying how decisions get made, designing operational frameworks that scale, and turning good intentions into systems that actually run.

Bea Hive Press publishes the Executive Intelligence Series, which teaches business leadership through narrative fiction. Some lessons land better in a story than in a slide deck, and we write for the leaders who know that.

Meet Bea

Bea grew up a military kid in San Diego and went on to serve 8.5 years in the U.S. Navy as a Master at Arms. After the Navy, she built a career in operations and people systems, managing HR and benefits operations at TransDigm, where she oversaw more than $4.4 billion in funds transfers, and leading performance management at MetroHealth.

She later served as Director of Operations at Student Veterans of America and Chief of Staff at Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, helping national organizations strengthen the structures behind their missions.

Bea holds an MBA and BBA from Baldwin Wallace University. Two threads run through everything she does: building systems that work and advocating for the veteran community.

What I Value

I value intellectual rigor, warmth, and directness. I would rather tell you the truth than tell you what you want to hear, and we believe the best work comes from people who are grounded, curious, and honest about what it takes to build something that lasts.
